We will only exchange or refund a product if it is damaged and we must be made aware of this within 24 hours of purchase/receipt of goods if purchased online. All returned items must be in the original condition with the original packaging and must be returned with an authentic receipt. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded or credited.
We reserve the right to deduct the shipping costs from returned/exchanged items that had originally qualified for free shipping.
