Changes eye shadows or pigments into liquid eyeliners

- To use it as an eye shadow base, put a small drop on the back of your hand. Use a sponge, brush or finger to apply on the eyelids (one thin layer is enough). When dry, apply eye shadow with another brush.
- To use it as a liquid eyeliner, put a small drop of gel on the back of your hand and mix with a small quantity of pigment. Test the opacity and add some more pigment if needed.
